How to achieve a Calm Birth

This course is comprised of 4 modules, and several lovely Relaxation Audios. In these 4 modules you will learn the secrets of how to achieve a positive, calm birth. After many years working as a Midwife and now as a Hypnotherapist and Hypnobirthing Teacher, I have learnt exactly what you can do to achieve the best birth for you. I have 3 children of my own & so have also put these techniques to the test personally!
After this course, you and your birth partner will feel: Educated, Prepared, Calm and Positive about your labour and birth. Statistically a Hypnobirthing Mum has a shorter labour, needs less pain relief and is more likely to achieve a normal birth. The Hypno babies are calmer and so better feeders and sleepers!
Each module is comprised of:
The Physical - what is happening to the body and why
The Practical Stuff - what you can do logistically to enhance these processes at each step
The Relaxation Stuff - this is the mindset stuff that you can do to help you feel relaxed and confident
Each module has it's own Relaxation audio to go with it, do the work first and listen to your relaxation afterwards. The Positive Affirmations for birth should be listened to every day - this is not a relaxation and so can be safely listened to whilst on the move. Please only listen to the Relaxation audios when you can safely have your eyes closed!

Your Instructor
Hi I'm Hannah, I have worked in the birth world since 2004 and am currently a practising Midwife. I added Hypnotherapy as a qualification in 2015 and created the Calm Births course, as I felt families needed antenatal education that prepared them fully for any birth scenario in a positive way. I'm a busy mum of three working in the community as a Midwife and teaching families the Calm Births course in my spare time.
